hdd-clinic.com is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for licensed healthcare professionals to securely document, manage, and review patient data. The platform is available on a subscription basis.

3. User Eligibility

You must be a licensed healthcare provider and at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • The Service is offered via annual subscription.
  • Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new annual subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at [email protected].

After this period, all payments are non-refundable. Renewals and upgrades are also non-refundable. Exceptions may apply at our discretion in cases of system failure or accidental charges.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful and professional medical purposes, maintain confidentiality of patient data, and comply with applicable regulations.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform for any unlawful activity, to breach patient confidentiality, or to violate privacy laws.

8. Data Security

We implement strong security measures. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
